Please refresh your browser to ensure that you are looking at the most recent availability data - we have found that with some browsers, old versions of the booking spreadsheet can persist.

"High Season" and "Low Season"

Our "High Season" and "Low Season" availability is marked on our booking calendar using the colour codes shown in the key. High season starts at the beginning of April, or a week before Easter, whichever is earlier that year, and ends at the end of September. If you are planning to visit Mull during our "Low Season" or even early or late in our "High Season", please be aware that as these are relatively quiet periods, some of the businesses on the island may not be open, or some may have decided to close for the winter. We recommend that you check the availability of any other island attractions or restaurants that you wish to visit prior to booking.

Booking periods and Prices

All three cottages can be booked for any length of time from a minimum of four nights upwards at any time of year.

You will have access to the cottage from 4pm on the first day of your stay until 10am on the last day.

The booking calendars indicate the price band (low or high season); the table below shows prices for up to 7 nights.

Please contact us for prices of longer stays.

Prices are reviewed from time to time, and any changes will be updated on the website at that time. Bookings made will be charged at the rates shown on the website at the time of booking.

Use of the electric vehicle charging point. At present (December 10 2022) we are charging for this facility at a rate of 45p/kWh, payable at the end of your stay. Please note that this price may vary as the cost of energy is currently very volatile.

      1. Payment will be required in Pounds Sterling; we can accept payment by BACS, PayPal or cheque.

    2. A deposit, as shown in the prices table, is required within 7 days to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

    3. The balance of the rentals must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the balance has not been paid by that time, we will consider the booking to have been cancelled.

    4. In the event of a booking cancellation by you after the balance has been paid, the balance will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the weeks booked.

    5. Your booking will not be cancelled by us except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given as soon as possible and we will promptly refund any payments made by you. You must accept that our liability is limited to the amount that has been paid.

    6. Guests that use the WiFi service are granted permission to do so only on the condition that their use of the service adheres to the “WiFi - Acceptable Use Policy” that is included in the information folder in the cottage.

    7. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.

    8. COVID 19 conditions:

You must adhere to any social distancing and Covid 19 advice for Scotland as it applies during your stay (please note that this may be different to the advice for other parts of the UK).

    9. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance that will cover cancellation costs and unforseen medical expenses.
